Feedback on how to make the backpack better.

I have used the backpack for about 2 months. As a backpack it is just OK. Why, because it does not sit on the back or front of you as it is designed. and that makes it uncomfortable to wear. Instead, the back of the flat bottom goes up and the front part of the flat bottom goes down. Suggest you redesign it so it is constructed with the back of the pack the same length that it currently is and that you lengthen the front, so it naturally goes down and the former flat bottom becomes a slanted bottom.. That way, I could get a more in the backpack AND it would be comfortable to wear. Also, the sliding clasp, because it is cork, tends to stick and I must use both hands to open it. Perhaps another material that slides more easily so can be opened with one hand. Love the cork and the backpack concept but feel there is room for improvement.

My wife loves it!!

This backpack is the only thing my wife really wanted for Christmas. Luckily they weren’t sold out. It looks and feels great and my wife loves it!!
